Brows, lips and eyeliner

Permanent Makeup, Done by Someone Licensed to Actually Do It

Brows, lips, and eyeliner from a Florida-licensed cosmetologist and a Florida-licensed tattoo artist. Every design starts with your own face, not a trending shape.

Work with a stated healed age, months and years after the session, lives on the Healed Years record.

Before you book

Must visit “know before booking” to make sure you qualify for the procedure you're booking. All deposits are non refundable but may be one time transferable based upon the circumstance.

Read Know Before Booking for the full list, and booking policies for the deposit terms.

Brows

Ombre / Powder Brows

$325

3 hours

Soft, filled-in brows that look like a great brow day, every day.

Shading technique using a fine implantation tool. Heals 30 to 40 percent lighter than it looks fresh.

Combo Brows

$325

3 hours

Natural hair strokes up front, soft shading behind them, for brows that read real up close and full from across the room.

Combines hand-stroke and shading implantation in one session. Jessie's most-requested brow service.

Brow Lamination

Ask at the studio

Fuller, more lifted-looking brows with zero tattooing. All the upkeep, none of the permanence.

A perm-style treatment that resets brow hair direction. Lasts up to 8 weeks. Tint available. Not currently bookable online, so call the studio to ask about it.

Correction and cover-up

Brow Correction & Cover-Up

By consultation

For brows that healed wrong, faded strange, or never looked finished, whether that's old microblading, old tattoo work, or someone else's PMU.

Every correction starts with a full assessment of what's actually there. Send a clear photo before you book, because what the work needs cannot be priced without seeing it. Some corrections need more than one session depending on what's being fixed.

Lip neutralizing
Touch-ups, priced by age of the work

Priced by how long it's been since your last session, because the older the work, the more it takes to bring back. The 6 to 8 week visit is the follow-up on fresh work and covers brows, lips and eyeliner. The 3 to 18 month rate is for ombre and combo brows, and a combo brow at that age needs a consultation or a clear photo first. This is the same time axis the Healed Years record is built on.

Lips

Lip Blush

$300

3 hours

A natural flush of color on your lips, every single day, no lip liner required.

Pigment implantation that can also correct uneven tone or lip-line symmetry. A follow-up session at 8 weeks locks in the final color and is priced in the touch-up ladder below.

Eyeliner

Permanent Eyeliner

$200

2 hours 30

Definition that's already there when you wake up. No more redoing your liner by hand every morning.

Pigment implanted along the lash line. The 8 week follow-up is priced in the touch-up ladder above.

Before you book

Had permanent makeup done somewhere else before?

Send a photo before you book. It takes Jessie two minutes to look, and it means she walks into your appointment with a real plan, whether that's fresh work or a correction.

There is also a real list of conditions, medications and waiting periods that affect whether you can book at all. Read Know Before Booking.

Not sure which brow service is yours?

Both are $325 and both run 3 hours. Ombre is shading on its own, soft and filled in all the way through. Combo puts hair strokes at the front of the brow and shades behind them, so it reads like individual hairs up close. The free consult exists for exactly this question.

Questions people actually ask

Is permanent makeup actually a tattoo?

Yes. It's pigment implanted into the skin, the same underlying process as a body tattoo, which is exactly why it takes a tattoo license to do it, not just a cosmetology license.

Will it look too dark or too sharp right away?

Fresh color always looks bolder than the healed result. Brows heal 30 to 40 percent lighter than they look on day one. See the aftercare page for the full week-by-week breakdown.

How long does it actually last?

It depends on your skin, sun exposure, and skincare routine, so nobody can promise you a number. Real client examples: one client posted almost two years with no touch-up; another was four years out and still had strong retention. See the healed work page for the full record.

What if I already have permanent makeup from someone else that I don't love?

That's Brow Correction & Cover-Up, one of the most common reasons people book here. Send a photo before your appointment so Jessie can look at what's actually there and build a real plan.

Do I need to do anything before I book?

Yes. Read Know Before Booking first, because there is a real list of conditions and medications that rule out the procedure or need a doctor's note. If you've had any previous PMU, also send a photo before you book.

Are there medical reasons I might not qualify?

Yes, and it's worth checking before you put down a deposit, not after. You shouldn't book if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, on blood-thinning medication, prone to keloids, currently on Accutane (a 6-month wait applies once you're off it), or had Botox or Dysport in the last 2 months, among a few other conditions. The full list is on Know Before Booking. If you're not sure where you land, call the studio and ask before you book.

What if I don't love how it turns out?

Every session starts with Jessie asking what you actually want, not just starting. Nothing happens until you're both looking at the same picture. That said, no permanent makeup artist can honestly guarantee an exact result. Skin, aftercare, and sun exposure all play a part in how it heals. If something about the healed result isn't right, that's exactly what Brow Correction & Cover-Up is for.

The tattoo licence this work legally requires is the same one behind her fine-line tattooing, a related but separate discipline. Everything she offers is on the services page.
