Jessie Danelle started Belladonna Glamour Studio in 2016. She's a licensed cosmetologist and a licensed tattoo artist, which matters more than it sounds like it should: permanent makeup is a facial tattoo, and Florida requires a tattoo license to perform one legally. A lot of people offering PMU don't have one.
Belladonna operates out of a downtown Winter Haven studio, where Jessie works alongside a small team of specialists.
A meaningful part of Jessie's work now is correction: fixing permanent makeup that didn't heal the way it should have, done by someone else.
