Deposits, rescheduling and payment
Booking Policies
The terms she books on. They are strict on purpose: an appointment here runs two to three hours, and a no-show is a slot nobody else could take.
Deposits and rescheduling
- All appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance for a one-time transfer of the deposit to another date.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Reschedule or cancel by calling (407) 219-1135.
Payment
- All appointments must be paid in full on arrival. Paying in full when booking online is an option.
- If paid in full and unable to attend: deposit lost, difference refunded.
- $3 fee for credit or debit card payment.
Packages
- All packages must be purchased in full and are non-refundable. A missed appointment forfeits the session unless rescheduled 48 hours ahead.
Running late, and repeat no-shows
- More than 10 minutes late: rescheduled and deposit lost.
- She reserves the right to turn away any client who continuously reschedules, cancels, or no-shows more than once.
In the studio
- No extra guests at appointments. For safety and timing. Bringing one means losing the deposit and rescheduling.
- Anyone needing a translator should bring someone with them.
The deposit is only half of it. Check you qualify first.
A deposit is non-refundable, and a condition or a medication that rules out the procedure will cost you that deposit at the door. Doctor’s notes have to be in at least 72 hours ahead. Everything that applies is set out on Know Before Booking.
